Evaluate and compare dental age with chronological age in hyperdivergent and hypodivergent growth pattern

Aim: To evaluate and compare dental age with chronological of different facial patterns in growing patients. Materials method: This study comprises lateral cephalogram panoramic radiographs 100 subjects. Subjects were classified into two groups 50 each on the basis angular linear measurements Group I – Hypodivergent II Hyperdivergent growth respectively. Comparison between intergroups within intragroup is made by using t –test. Result: Statistically significant results obtained while comparing hyperdivergent hypodivergent subjects indicating group had more advance than hypodivergent. Conclusion: Orthodontic therapy should be started earlier patients pattern those pattern.
